What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water supply lines, drain lines, and related equipment
- Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options and recommendations
- Recommend plumbing upgrades, water heaters, water treatment systems, and other solutions that improve efficiency and reliability
- Utilize ServiceTitan to document work and manage customer communication
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Ensure all work meets applicable safety standards and plumbing codes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable codes
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
