We're seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential electrical systems while delivering exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-focused, and takes pride in providing safe, high-quality work.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting systems, circuit breakers, panels, and related components
• Install, replace, and upgrade residential electrical systems and equipment in accordance with national and local electrical codes
• Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners regarding electrical issues, repair recommendations, and available solutions
• Recommend electrical upgrades, panel replacements, surge protection, generators, lighting enhancements, and additional services when appropriate to improve safety, functionality, and overall system performance
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
• Track electrical repairs, installations, and completed work within ServiceTitan
• Maintain compliance with company standards and applicable safety regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and rapport with homeowners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of residential electrical service experience required
• Journeyman Electrician license is a plus, but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven diagnostic and repair abilities
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems, components, and applicable electrical codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with homeowners
• Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
