Restano Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our warehouse facility in Plum, PA. This role is essential to keeping our field technicians stocked, organized, and ready to serve our customers. What You'll Be Doing:
Warehouse Support & Operations
- Assist with day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, organizing, staging, and distributing parts and equipment
- Pick and prepare materials for field technicians accurately and on time
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked for efficient operations
Inventory Assistance
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, using tools like ServiceTitan to monitor and replenish stock
- Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counts and product tracking
- Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory trends and improve operations
Safety and Organization
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Safely handle, store, and move materials and equipment
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
Supplier & Documentation Support
- Assist with checking in deliveries and verifying shipments
- Help organize paperwork and support basic documentation as needed
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry a plus, but not required)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
