Restano Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our warehouse facility in Plum. This role is key to keeping our field technicians equipped and our service operations running smoothly. Pay: $50,000-$60,000

What You'll Be Doing:
- Warehouse Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing parts and equipment
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of internal orders for field teams
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for workflow and efficiency
- Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, using tools like ServiceTitan to monitor and replenish stock
- Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counts and product tracking
- Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory trends and improve operations
- Enforce warehouse safety practices that meet OSHA and industry standards
- Maintain a safe working environment through proper handling, storage, and housekeeping procedures
- Supplier & Documentation Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery or material issues
- Approve invoices using Stampli and manage related documentation
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 3+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry preferred)
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan for inventory and replenishment
- Experience approving invoices through Stampli
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory and performance tracking
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
