What You’ll Be Doing:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our residential service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys preventative maintenance work, solving problems before they happen, and helping homeowners stay safe and comfortable year-round.

• Perform routine tune-ups and preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems

• Identify and document any potential issues or system inefficiencies

• Complete maintenance checklists and service documentation accurately

• Provide friendly, professional service and build trust with customers

• Support the service team with minor repairs when necessary

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in residential HVAC maintenance or service

• Solid understanding of HVAC system operations and maintenance procedures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
