With decades of trusted service in our community, we’re looking for a licensed residential Master Plumber to lead complex plumbing projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure every job meets the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do:

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems

• Interpret blueprints and building plans to determine plumbing layouts

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pressure problems

• Supervise and train apprentice and journeyman plumbers

• Communicate clearly with customers about service options, estimates, and timelines

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and code compliance

• Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure smooth project execution

• Order parts and manage inventory as needed for assigned jobs

• Uphold safety standards and company policies at all times

What You'll Bring:

• Valid Master Plumber license in Pennsylvania (required)

• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience (required)

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

• Proficiency with mobile work order systems and basic tech tools

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoors
